Can I order a custom, one-off knife design?
Custom one-of-a-kind knife designs are available, please inquire for more details.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Discounts are available for bulk orders, please inquire for more details. BlackHeart Knives would be great Groom or Groomsman gift, gifts or awards for corporate achievements or retirement, etc.

How do I cancel my custom order?
You can contact us at Info@BlackHeartknives.com to cancel orders. Please note that all custom orders will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

ABOUT THE KNIVES

What types of steel are used?
We use premium American made tool steels like A2, CPM3V and stainless steels like CPMS35VN. Please visit the product page for more information on a particular products.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to ship?
All BlackHeart Knives are custom made and the blades are hand ground to order. Lead time is 10 days to 4 weeks. Please email us for more detailed information.

Do you ship to internationally?
Yes, please send us an email at info@blackheartknives.com for an international shipping quote as prices vary.
