The buyer represents that products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BlackHeart Knife & Tool LLC. for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, transportation or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations. BlackHeart Knife & Tool is not liable for misuse of any BlackHeart Knife & Tool LLC knife or product purchased either directly from BlackHeart Knife & Tool or from a dealer/distributor.
